Data Protection & Sub-processors

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how Nicso Technology LLC-FZ ("Nicso", "we", "us", "our"), a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial License No. 2530973.01), registered at Meydan Free Zone, The Meydan Hotel, Dubai, U.A.E. protects personal data and the sub-processors we rely on to deliver our services. It supports compliance with the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. Roles

Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of delivering services, we act as a processor and you as the controller. For our own website and business operations, we act as the controller.

2. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A Data Processing Agreement, including standard contractual clauses for international transfers, is available on request for business customers and is incorporated into our Orders where personal data is processed on your behalf.

3. Security measures

encryption of data in transit (TLS) and, where appropriate, at rest;
role-based access controls and least-privilege access;
regular patching, monitoring and backups;
vendor due diligence and confidentiality obligations;
incident response and breach-notification procedures.

4. Key sub-processors

We engage reputable sub-processors, which may include:

Cloud & hosting — Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud;
Payments — Stripe, Telr, PayTabs, Network International;
Productivity & CRM — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho;
Analytics & email — Google Analytics, Brevo/Mailchimp;
AI providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (where used in a solution).

The specific sub-processors used for your engagement are confirmed in the applicable Order/DPA. We remain responsible for our sub-processors' compliance.

5. Data breach

In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify affected controllers/customers and the relevant authority without undue delay, as required by law.
