This Service Delivery Policy explains how Nicso Technology LLC-FZ ("Nicso", "we", "us", "our"), a company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial License No. 2530973.01), registered at Meydan Free Zone, The Meydan Hotel, Dubai, U.A.E. delivers its services and digital products following purchase. As we provide professional and digital services, no physical goods are shipped.

1. Digital & professional delivery

Services are delivered digitally and remotely (e.g. via email, shared repositories, cloud platforms, and online meetings). Software products are delivered as access to a hosted platform or download links.

2. Timelines

Proposals are provided within 48 hours of scoping;
project timelines are defined in the applicable Order and depend on scope, feedback cycles and third-party dependencies;
subscription and product access is provisioned promptly after payment confirmation, typically within 1–2 business days.

3. Acceptance

Deliverables are reviewed against the agreed scope. Feedback and revision cycles are handled as described in the Order.

4. Support

5. Currency

All fees are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed.
